How we handle your enquiry.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, contact details, preferred contact time, enquiry type and message. It also records the page and service choice that led you to the form. Do not submit passwords, confidential contracts or customer lists.

Storage and access

Your enquiry is stored in COMPAI's Cloudflare database and is available only to authorised administrators for follow-up. It is not published, and the form does not automatically send marketing messages.

Corrections and deletion requests

Use the enquiry form to request a correction or deletion, and provide the contact detail you originally used so we can verify the request. Please do not send identity documents unless specifically needed later through an agreed secure channel.

Demonstrations

Interactive workflow samples on this site use prepared example data. Your enquiry is not sent to those demonstrations.

Technical information

Cloudflare processes the form request and may retain necessary operational logs. The form includes field validation and a bot trap; authorised administrators access submissions in Cloudflare.
